Refund policy

Eight22Crafts offers a 14-day return policy, which means the Buyer has 14 days after receiving their item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, all item(s) must be in the same condition that they were received, unused, and in the original packaging. The Buyer will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, the Buyer can contact us at contact@eight22crafts.com. If the return request is accepted, the Buyer will be expected to pay for a shipping label that includes tracking and insurance. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After the item(s) have been inspected for quality, a refund will be issued.

Damages & Wrong or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, has missing items, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Digital Patterns and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
